All training is done in house and is paid! Goldfish Swim School in Doylestown is looking for swim instructors and front desk associates.
Mornings, evenings and weekend shifts available.
STARTING EXPERIENCED LIFEGUARD POSITIONS START AT $14/hr
Bonus Opportunities.
We offer a signing bonus of $200.
Since our pool is open year round, there are also opportunities to continue employment through out the year.
Extra shifts are also available to be picked up through-out the summer.
Requirements:
Ability to work with children Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills Lifeguards and instructors MUST be a minimum of 15 years old by date of hire.
Lifeguards and instructors MUST conduct themselves in a professional manner and must be attentive and focused Lifeguards and instructors must complete 30 hour training in 3 weeks - all training, including certification is done in house and is PAID! For those interested in front desk, minimum 1 year of customer service experience is required.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provides swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
Enforces safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
Makes rescues and administers first aid when necessary.
Interacts with parents/guardians on the activities and development of students' swim skills.
