Family of three is seeking a highly qualified nanny to join them & provide exceptional care for their daughter.
The ideal candidate will not only handle child-related tasks such as feeding & child-related cleaning but also play a crucial role in her early childhood development.
This includes incorporating activities into her daily routine that support her current developmental stage, engaging in daily reading sessions, & providing encouragement & praise as she learns and grows.
Ideal Personality Traits/Characteristics Honest, transparent, & has integrity.
Calm & exhibits self-control in responses.
Confident in their role Reliable & responsible Joyful, energetic, & able to create a positive atmosphere.
Independent but knows when to seek assistance from parents.
The ideal nanny will be able to:
Learn & follow the parents' approach to rules/disciplines, consistently implementing family discipline practices.
Understand & respect the family's culture and dynamic, as their daughter is being raised with a Christian upbringing.
Maintain timely communication with parents regarding the child's activities, progress, & concerns This family is looking for a nanny who is committed to building a long-term relationship with our family, growing with them as they expand their family.
The right candidate will not only provide exceptional care for their daughter but also become an integral part of our family's support system.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
- 2 years of professional childcare experience - Authorized to work in the US.
- Comfortable with W2 employment - Comfortable with a background check - CPR & First Aid Trained Job Code:
